The C&F 10-Row Chest Patch is one of our top sellers. This patch is not bulky or heavy and is very low profile. It gives you the ability to have 175 flies right on your chest! The front of the patch is foam, so you can stick your flies that you use through the day on it.

The patch comes with two hook clips and a back retaining pin to keep it in place. This useful patch can eliminate the need to continually reach for your fly boxes during an afternoon of fishing.

Note:  We highly recommend to purchase a Ty-Rite Jr. hook holder to best use this box.  When you put a fly into every slot, the flies can hard to grab.  The Ty-Rite easily picks out the fly you want and holds it for you to tie the knot.
